Industry Training Services (ITS) has a highly skilled and motivated team of professionals with extensive trade experience in hospitality industry, teaching and development of training programs.

Bar Skills Course
If you haven’t worked in the industry before or have been out of hospitality for a while and wish to get working, then this is the course for you.
*Also covers RSA*

Coffee Course
Conducted over a 3 hour session, participants will learn the basics of making coffee and using an espresso coffee machine.

Responsible Management Licensed Venue (RMLV)
The RMLV (Responsible Management of Licenced Venues) is a requirement of current and new nominees as well as ‘Approved Managers’. Each licensed premises must have a nominee or approved manager on site during the majority of times of operation and in particular for later hours of trade.

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

ITS is accredited to deliver the OLGR RSA programme in QLD and this course is mandatory for anyone who serves alcohol in a licensed environment.

RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) Course
Training in Responsible Service of Gambling is mandatory in QLD from October 1, 2010. This training will give people working in the gaming industry skills to identify problem gambling and to provide intervention or information about gambling help services and counselling.
