Pinjarra Senior High School has a long and successful history in our community. An enormous number of young people have been educated at the school since its opening in 1921. Our mission is to ensure the academic progress and personal growth of every student at our school.

Conveniently located just inland of the coastal City of Mandurah, the school draws local students and attracts many from the outlying towns and farming areas. The school is described as offering the benefits of a larger city school whilst retaining a country school 'feel'.

Pinjarra Senior High School has been awarded Independent Public School status beginning in 2013. This will give greater autonomy to the school and enable it to be more proactive and responsive to local needs. The increased flexibilities will enable Pinjarra Senior High School to set our own strategic direction which will be developed with the new School Board which will commence in 2013.
