Cecil Andrews Senior High School is a school which makes a difference. Cecil Andrews Senior High School is situated in the fast developing City of Armadale, in the locality of Seville Grove; an area experiencing rapid urban development in conjunction with the Armadale Redevelopment Authority. The school has recently undergone a significant facility upgrade. As a result, the school provides excellent facilities for its students. Our 4 science laboratories have been overhauled and now boast state of the art education facilities. The school buildings were enhanced by new paint, carpets and blinds being installed in several different learning areas, including the school library. The grounds have also been improved by an extension of the pathway network and extra garden beds around the school. A significant upgrade of the school driveway and the creation of dedicated drop off zone for students have alleviated many of our parking issues at the beginning and the end of the school day.
Cecil Andrews Senior High School provides programs to support a wide range of students with pathways to university, TAFE and further training and the workplace. It also delivers some TAFE certificate courses and offers traineeships and apprenticeship links for students whilst they complete their secondary education. The school has strong links to the local community which supports some of these programs. The school is well resourced, particularly with relation to IT, and the pastoral care and focus on relationships between students and teachers are well known and acknowledged in the district.
